one of my kits arrived mouldy. they told me they were not going to send a replacement ubtil they know if the other kits are okay too.... one of my other kits was also a flop too. I told them about this and they told me to wait another week.... so I did. mushrooms developed on the underside of the container and turned into mushy useless mushrooms because of the lack of advice and the waiting period inbetween sending messages to each other is too long. I informed them about this issue that the shrooms from this kit were simply trash and they were telling me they weren't going to replace still!! worst service I've heard of to date. your literally selling mouldy grains... each box must cost you like £1.50 to manufacture maximum. yet you won't replace 2 kits from a £1000 order to a returning customer. actually disgraceful. oh and FYI. the replacement kits you sent out were also fails. save yourself some time and money and just cultivate from home with spores. don't fund this terrorism

[ MMS Edit; Hi Connor, as mentioned before in our personal messages with you: If a customer follows the right instructions and the kit doesn't grow or gets contaminated before the first flush. We usually send replacements. Just like we did for one of your kits that clearly showed contamination at arrival.
But if a kit shows growth, gives a first flush and has potential, then we don't rush to send replacements. That's normal, because the product is still functioning.
In your case (growth on the sides), there was still potential for a good next flush if you tilted the kit. We deal with that a lot. And we've seen great flushes with tilted kits. Nature can be funny that way.
Cultivation of kits requires a little research from the customer as well.
We try to provide as much information on the website as we can but just like the Apple Terms.. almost no one is willing to read a dictionairy of information, voluntarily. We understand.

In your case it is unfortunate that 1 (or maybe 2.. we are not sure about this since you didn't to send any updates on the B+ kit as we requested back then) out of 25 kits were faulty. We believe we handled your case correctly by sending replacement, which we haven't heard any complaints about from you, personally.
