It was my first experience, but I had some success in it. I was quite impatient, and almost thought it's off, but as soon as I decided to write to the customer service (which is excelent btw) the pins started to grow. I think I did something wrong though, because they are still very tiny, even though it's been almost a mounth since I started to grow them and the hats are still not opened. I will wait 3 more days. Let's hope the best.
