I've ordered a pack 3 XL grow kits (amongst loads of other stuff, like vials, petri dishes, jars, etc.). one of the kits got damaged during transportation. The support team was super helpful with everything - including a replacement for the damaged one, which i was not expecting. Not only that, but they would answer each and every question i had, were very helpful and super quick to respond.
I'm really impressed and will definitely buy more next time.
PS. the grow kits (like everything else) worked like magic!
