Was really hesitating to order a grow kit for a years or two, finally decided i will try. Order, paying and delivery was really smooth and fast.

When i placed an order and payed, i contacted support cuz i had two questions, since i was doing my research before the kits arrive (and there are multiple guides here, with differend information) and i was really suprised i didnt get answer (i read how good the customer support is, so i was really confident they will help me out).

Another thing is that the kit dosent have box anymore (this is stated on the page). But the problem is the kits were only wraped in paper and when i picked up thr pacage, postman legit threw the package around and today (first day) i noticed one of the kit is cracked on the side.

Wrote to customer support this early morning, still waiting (and hoping) for reply.
Otherwise i really hope i will be able to grow shrooms for first time.

@@Edit by MMS: Sorry to hear your kit arrived broken. We will contact the supplier about this. Our support responds in 48 hours on working days. Have you received no message at all? Best to check your spam/junk folder teh email could have ended up there.
