We are nearly finished drying our first flush. The second round is already showing pins. We mostly stuck to the description as explained here. Only aired the bag several times a day instead of once a day and there is no need for a heating mat if your room temperature is at 20-21°C, the mushrooms generate heat themselves. So it adds up to the ideal growing temperature of 23°C-25°C.
We are happy with the results!
