- PES Amazonian was the first species I grew. I later tried on a few more species but I must say that the Amazonian ones were the easiest and fastest to grow. The shrooms also grow to a good size and once I had a a godzilla sized mushroom which was more than 20 cm long and weighed about 80 g (wet weight). Pity I cant post pictures in this review, but no doubt that if I were to choose one species it would be this one. The use of these growkits is quite simple and you can expect your first harvest within a couple of weeks.
