Años de planificación y ensayos han dado frutos: la siguiente generación de kits de cultivo estándar de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis PES Amazonian. El kit de cultivo estándar de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’ es ahora mejor de lo que jamás fue. Conoce los nuevos kits de cultivo estándar sencillo
El kit de cultivo de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’ es ligeramente diferente a los kits de crecimiento que puedas haber visto anteriormente. Después de abrir la caja de cartón lo verás en seguida. En el medio, encima de la tapa de plástico, encontrarás el familiar filtro de micras. La novedad es una banda adhesiva blanca que encontrarás en la tapa. Ambas partes fueron necesarias en el proceso de preparación en el laboratorio y deberían permanecer intactas.
Igual que en los kits de crecimiento sencillo anteriores, no necesitas usar esporas adicionales. Durante el proceso de laboratorio, las esporas han desarrollado el micelio dentro el sustrato (el “cake”) en la caja de cultivo.
Cómo almacenar el Kit de cultivo correctamente
Se recomienda empezar el proceso de cultivo inmediatamente. Si decides esperar a cultivar las setas más adelante, deberías conservar el kit de cultivo SupaGro de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘Brazil’ dentro de una Bolsa de remojo en el refrigerador (2°C a 8°C) durante 6 semanas.
Contenido
- 1x caja de cultivo – Contiene el sustrato con el micelio activo (el “cake”)
- 1x bolsa de cultivo con filtro micra – La bolsa contiene un filtro de micras para mantener los contaminantes en el exterior

Necesitas
- Evaporador de agua – El rociado es necesario para el nivel de humedad
- Agua potable – Para rociar y empapar
- Entorno limpio – Trabaja higiénicamente para no permitir que otros hongos y bacterias (microorganismos) contaminen el cultivo

Cómo prepararte a ti y a la habitación antes de empezar
- Cerrar cualquier ventana abierta. El viento o las corrientes de aire podrían traer microorganismos que pueden contaminar el kit de cultivo de Setas Mágicas de PES Amazonian.
- • Al sacar la caja de cultivo con el “cake” de la caja de cartón, ponla en una superficie desinfectada. Si esta superficie no está lo suficientemente limpia, los microorganismos podrían adherirse a la caja de cultivo y florecer dentro del kit de cultivo de Setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’, y así cultivar la caja de crecimiento.
- Asegúrate de trabajar con tus manos y tus brazos limpios. Recomendamos el uso de guantes esteriles o un buen desinfectante al manejar el kit. Deberías usar una mascarilla de cirujano tpara evitar respirar dentro de la bolsa de cultivo y sobre el “cake”.
Iniciando el proceso
- Llene la caja de cultivo con agua potable fresca. Cierre la caja de cultivo bien y deje reposar durante 12 horas.
- Después de 12 horas, se vierte el excedente de agua de la caja de cultivo.
- Coloca la caja de cultivo dentro de la bolsa de cultivo con filtro micra. El extremo abierto de la bolsa debería apuntar hacia arriba.
- Elimina la tapa de la caja de crecimiento. Enjuaga la tapa y consérvala en la caja de cartón.
- Dobla el extremo abierto de la bolsa de cultivo con filtro micra dos veces; no cubras el filtro de micras.
- Coloca el sello adhesivo reutilizable en el pliegue, de forma que la bolsa se mantenga cerrada. Ahora el kit de cultivo de Setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’ está listo para usar.
Temperatura
La temperatura ideal es de 24°C. No dejes que la temperatura caiga por debajo de 18°C y no exceder 29°C. Para evitar que la temperatura caiga por debajo de 18°C, puedes usar una estera de calefaccion para mantener la temperatura ideal. Una estera de calefaccion es imprescindible en invierno o en regiones más frías del mundo.
Luz
El kit de cultivo de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’ sólo necesita luz para que el micelio ‘entienda’ que ha alcanzado la superficie. Sólo entonces las setas empezarán a crecer. Unas pocas horas de luz fluorescente/artificial o luz solar indirecta al día es más que suficiente. La luz del sol directa mata el micelio, por lo que deberías evitar que el sol brillara directamente sobre el kit.
Agua / Rociado
El día después de iniciar el proceso empieza con el nebulización. Abre la bolsa de cultivo retirando el sello adhesivo reutilizable. No rocíe directamente sobre el “cake”, sino que deberías rocíe una vez contra cada borde de la caja. Así que rocíe una vez al día, cuatro rociadas nebulización también trae oxígeno fresco a la caja. Justo después de nebulización, cierra la bolsa de nuevo con el sello adhesivo reutilizable.
Setas
Si las condiciones son óptimas, puedes esperar que las primeras pequeñas setas aparezcan entre los días 5 y 16. Esto también depende de la cepa. Algunas cepas de cubensis crecen más lentamente que otras.
Corros / Flushes
Las setas crecen en grupos. Pueden ser grupos pequeños o grandes. Eso depende de la cepa. Este tipo de crecimiento recibe el nombre de corro o “flush”. Las setas casi nunca maduran al mismo tiempo. Puedes obtener más de un corro del kit. Los primeros dos corros son los más grandes. Cuando salgan más corros, serán más pequeños que el previo.
Recolección
Las setas están maduras y deberían ser cosechadas cuando el velo entre el sombrero y el pie acaba de desgarrarse. No esperes mucho más. Usa guantes esteriles o desinfectar tus manos, muñecas y brazos. Escoge las setas que estén maduras y deja que las otras sigan creciento. Retira las setas del “cake” agarrando su base entre el pulgar y el dedo índice. Rota tus manos lentamente en sentido horario, hasta que la seta se suelte. No tires de las setas. Esto pondría en riesgo el micelio y lo mataría. Cuando la mayoría de las setas grandes hayan sido recogidas, escoge también las más pequeñas y tira de ellas.
Setas que crecen en los extremos
Las setas crecen donde alcanza la luz y donde hay poca resistencia a la penetrantica. Puesto que el “cake” recibe la luz por sus bordes, las setas pueden crecer también ahí. Es difícil contrarrestar esto; puedes permitirlo. Algunos cultivadores envuelven los extremos de la caja de cultivo en papel de aluminio para mantener los extremos oscuros, pero esto no siempre funciona bien.
Cuando las setas crecen ahí, pueden ser recogidas justo antes de empapar el kit:
¡Límpiate las manos! Saca la caja de cultivo de la bolsa y colócala cabeza abajo en tu otra mano. Sacude la caja de plástico de forma que caiga el “cake” en tu mano. La caja de plástico puede ser colocada en una superficie desinfectada. Ahora tienes esta mano libre para recoger las setas desde los extremos del “cake”. Cuando todas las setas hayan sido recogidas, puedes colocar el “cake” de vuelta a donde estaba, en la caja de plástico y continuar con el proceso de empapado.
Empapado / Soaking
Después de que todas las setas hayan sido recogidas, puedes preparar el kit para el siguiente corro. De nuevo, con manos desinfectadas o guantes; toma la caja de cultivo y sácala de la bolsa de cultivo con filtro micra. Rellena la caja con agua fresca y potable. Saca la tapa de la bolsa con cremallera y úsala para cerrar caja de cultivo. Coloca la caja de crecimiento cerrada en la Bolsa de remojo o usa tu propia bolsa limpia de plástico – una bolsa de la compra – para envolverla alrededor de la caja. Ciérrala bien y colócala en un refrigerador (2°C a 8°C) durante 12 horas. Esto recibe el nombre de proceso de empapado. El agua empapará ahora el “cake”, preparándolo para el siguiente corro.
Durante el empapado puedes mantener la bolsa de cultivo con filtro de micra boca abajo para que se seque. Asegúrate de mantenerla boca abajo, de forma que ningún microorganismo pueda tener acceso a la bolsa. Muchos cultivadores prefieren usar nuevos y sin utilizar bolsas de cultivo después de cada flush.
Pasadas 12 horas toma la Bolsa de remojo con la bolsa de crecimiento, sácala del refrigerador y desenvuélvela.
Siguiente Corro
Para proceder, sigue los mismos pasos 3 – 7 de la forma ya descrita cuando empezaste el proceso proceso la primera vez. Varios días más tarde aparecerá un nuevo corro. Puedes obtener al menos 2 o 3 corros de un kit de cultivo de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’. Si tienes experiencia en el cultivo, podrás obtener más corros del kit.
El fin
Cuando ya no crezcan más setas de un kit de cultivo tras el segundo corro o transcurridas al menos tres semanas, o cuando el kit de cultivo de Setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’ adopte un color verde, rojo, gris o amarillo; el kit de cultivo puede ser desechado. El cambio de color es una señal de que el kit de cultivo ha sido contaminado por otro hongo o por una bacteria. Ya no crecerán más setas de ese kit de cultivo de setas mágicas Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazonian’ y el kit de cultivo debería ser desechado en una bolsa de basura.
Esporas
Cuando recojas las setas demasiado tarde, dejarán caer sus esporas. El “cake” y las setas adquirirán un color negro/lila (rojo o marrón en el caso de otras cepas de cubensis) debido a las esporas. Esto, de hecho, no supone problema alguno, simplemente no tiene muy buen aspecto. Cuando las setas liberan sus esporas, también empiezan a degradar sus ingredientes activos y a romperse. Las setas perderán algo de su potencia.

As a first time customer on the MM-shop we decided to go for the Amazonian PES since prior reviews showed general satisfaction. Also we found that it may be a good idea to start with a middle price ranged shroom. We had some prior experience with shrooms but nothing like this yetClasificación
Purchase/Shipment etc;
After having ordered the shrooms we decided to send the money via mail as we wanted to avoid the international banking transfer fee. The MMS was very helpful throughout the entire process and answered all our questions within a day. After a week of sending the money the box arrived - fantastic!
Growing process;
We followed the instructions described in the PDF/VIdeo thoroughly. These instructions are limited to the very basics and you may end up having additional questions during the growth phase. At least we did, but we figured everything out, and after a week or so the first flush showed up. By now we have had 7 flushes containing a total of 630 grams - which is more than we could have expected according to the MMS (300 - 500g).
The temperature in our place was between 20 and 25 degrees at all times and we gave the shrooms water (sprays) every day or every second day. Remember the quote "they sprouted like mushrooms after the rain" ;)
Drying phase;
Unfortunately the MMS doesn't provide extensive information on how to handle the drying process, but hey, we live in the age of internet so just google your way to it. Different forums provided extensive information and various methods of drying the shrooms. We decided to attempt our own method -> Take a grid + Kitchen Paper and place it on top of the heater (which of course needs to be turned on). This worked very well for us. Alternatively place them in a very dry and warm place, we have taken the room with the radiator (the machine that serves our apartment with warm water). Anyway, make sure those shrooms are entirely dry as you want to avoid mold and other shit. They need to be "cracker-dry"
Trip experiences;
We have so far had three trips on the shroom - we don't want to trip more than once a month :) own philosophy I guess. It makes it more special and you don't feel like an addict.
Trip 1. We (three) ate each 2 grams of dried shrooms. The trip was mellow, the other two had nice optics, but I (as always) only experienced a body high and some really cool thoughts. All in all, very nice experience, could still have done homework I guess. - lasted 2-3 hours
Trip 2. We (four) ate respectively 2,4,4 and 5 grams of dried shrooms. The trip was rather intense, the other three had crazy optics, including animals, Indian drawings, color waves and much more. I kept to my body high which was really intense this time :P. Some of the guys had some bad experiences throughout the trip which we managed to transform to good experiences. My advise, A. don't do large amount of shrooms on your own B. make sure you have a nice setting that you feel comfortable in and C. don't do shrooms with negative thoughts (after a bad day or so). In general the trip was very nice and we connected a lot - lot's of good exchanges of shroom insights etc. - lasted ca. 3.5 - 5 hours
Trip 3. We (two) ate 3 grams each. Interestingly the trip was really intense again, the body high was even more extreme (at least for me) and again we had a lot of great conversations and thought processes. - lasted ca. 2-3 hours.
To sum up;
Be prepared for these shrooms, they are awesome, but inform yourself before you trip. It's probably a good idea to take them together with others in a suitable setting. Also inform yourself about the effects of shrooms - lots of forum information. My final advice; should you have the feeling that something is wrong with you (body, mind or both) during the trip don't panic. Just tell yourself that it's only the drug that gives you this feeling, it's nothing that actually happens in reality.

This one gives a highly energetic trip but is a bit more heavy on the stomach. Had my first ever brainzap on these shrooms. Trip intensifies pretty quickly when dosage is increased. The kit itself gave me a lot of flushes. I’m not 100% sure but I can almost harvest my 6th flush. Wich is very nice. The first flush contained A LOT of medium/small shrooms. Alle other flushes contained around 6 to 10 big shrooms. At an average the flushes are around 60-70 grams. I think the 6th one is around 30-40 but I have not weighted it yet. So yeah the flushes might not be very big, but seeing this is the 6th one it is nothing bad really.
The potency was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t any stronger than your average shrooms. I think that the Mckenaii shrooms are more potent than this one. This is the reason that this kit won’t get the full score.

The gift that keeps on giving. I purchased this grow kit back in May. Yesterday (07/08/12) I harvested my seventh flush. They have rocked our world all summer long. Almost each flush, I harvested at least one shroom that was over 30g.Clasificación
I found them to be quite trippy, rather than a body high. The last kit I purchased was the B+. I definitely prefer the body high and visuals from the B+ than the trippyness of the Amazonian. 1. Bestellung - hab das geld per post geschickt mit Auftragsnummer und Trinkgeld (wollte nicht das der Umschlag rumklappert, und deswegen war das Geld sogut wie möglich kleingehalten)... der Briefumschlag wurde erst wegen zu wenig porto zurückgeschickt. Vielen dank liebe PostAG das du mir fürs nichts tun 2,20 abgeknöpft hast. Aber dann hab ich es nochmal versucht und Mittwochs gings das 2.mal raus und Montags war das Geld schon gebucht und das Päckchen fertig für UPS. Donnerstags wars da! TOP! Hat alles ausgesehen wie auf der Seite nur die Länderflagge hab Ich vermisst... Ich weis, ist nicht von Notwendigkeit aber wär cool gewesen. Alles drin und sogar ein Bag zum aufbewahren war drin. Anstatt 2 Büroklammern war eine Wäscheklammer drin, kommt aufs gleiche raus.Clasificación
2. Vorbereitung - alles gemacht wie angegeben. 12 Stunden gewässert, abgegossen, in den Beutel einen Schluck Wasser und dann in Ruhe gelassen. Das Ergebnis sieht so aus das nach Sieben Tagen die ersten Pilze sich zeigen und nach weiteren 5 Tagen circa 5cm groß sind.
Abschließend werde ich einen Nachtrag machen wenn ich sie ausprobiert habe.

I ordered a boxe about a year ago and I only got two small shrooms on it and it never grow back after weeks of patience and care. This year I decided try them again by choising them in the Combo pack. It had nothing to do with last time, this time the flushs are big and regular with nice looking shrooms. First flush about 11 grammes dried, second flush about 13 grammes dried and more to come. the trip is kind of energetik making you speedy. Ok, so before stumbling upon this site i hadn't taken mushrooms so i was very excited to see that i could grow them within 2 weeks.Clasificación
Once ordered, the package arrived within 2 days and came in a discreet, well packaged..er...package.
After having a look over the how to video found on this site I started preparing my box and i was very impressed with how easy it was! After the box had soaked for 24 hours I placed the bag at the top of an airing cupboard along with a digi thermometer to keep an eye on temp (variable between 19 - 26 degrees C).
After about a week i could see white patches of mycelium starting to grow. A few days later the pinheads came through and a week or so after that my first flush was ready to harvest!
The first flush yielded just over 120g.
2nd flush was the same, 120g
3rd flush was slightly less, say just over 100g, but each time these babies grow bigger and bigger and i was left with 2 stonking 40grammers :D. My 4th flush is just coming in now!
Now the important bit; THE TRIP.
First time i took about 2.5g dried but on a non-emty stomach, and although i didnt get much visuals there was certainly a euphoric feeling amongst friends and lots and lots of laughter.
The second time i upped the dose to 3.5g dried and ate in a yog yog on an empty stomach. Still not as intense as i might have liked (i want crazy ass visuals) but a very enjoyable experience non the less, i remember watching the smoke from my spliff making some awesome patterns, talking a lot of deep random shit to my friend and watching Malcolm in the middle for some reason.
Over all highly recommend, very easy to grow and a decent trip. I should point out that i do have quite a high tolerance to these sorts of things so others may trip balls from the same amount i took. (Publicado en 20/6/2012) - amazz. Revisión por pietro
